If your account was inactive for a period of one year, it was permanently deleted in accordance with Reklaim’s inactive account policy. Unfortunately, this process is irreversible, and all data, points, and account status are permanently removed.

For future reference, logging in at least once within a 12-month period prevents your account from being deleted.
