How do I redeem my points for shares?

Learn how Reklaim Invest works — from redeeming your points for shares to what happens after your request is submitted.

  1. Open the Reklaim App
    Make sure you're using the latest version of the app.

  2. Go to the 'Redeem' Section
    Tap the “Redeem” tab from the main navigation.

  3. No Need for a Minimum Balance
    All redemptions only require a minimum of 1 point, so you’ll see the option to redeem for shares no matter what.

  4. Confirm Your Redemption
    Follow the prompts to confirm how many points you'd like to redeem. Once submitted, your request is locked in for this month's redemption window.

  5. Wait for Issuance
    After the window closes, we’ll process all redemptions in one batch. You'll receive your shares within 3-5 business days via Computershare, in DRS (Direct Registration System) form.

  6. Watch Your Email
    Computershare will send you a statement with your account number and instructions to access your shares online, and we’ll also be in touch that way!
