To redeem you must meet the following criteria:
Reklaim account must be a minimum of 30 days old
Minimum balance of 1000 Reklaim Points (500 for VIPs)
Only one redemption request open at a time
You’ve made no redemptions in the last 3 days (either approved or rejected)
You can redeem by selecting the Transactions menu item in Reklaim (the book icon) and hitting the Redeem link. You must set your goal prior to redeeming.
You can request to redeem in amounts in increments of 500 points (1000, 1500, 2000, etc points).
Redemption requests can take up to 3-5 business days for non-verified users. We reserve the right to review accounts and redemption requests for any fraudulent or activity in violation of our terms and conditions.
Once approved, you'll receive a message in Reklaim and an email requesting what reward you would like to choose. This email can take up to 24 hours to appear and don't forget to check your SPAM folder!
