This does not necessarily mean that you were not part of the Facebook hack - it just means that we were not able to find your profile associated with your email and/or your phone number that you used to search for your data. If you’re an existing Reklaim user, you can add and/or update your phone number or email address in the account section of the app. For new users, try onboarding to the app using a new email address or phone number.

If you're confident that you've tried your most used email/phone number, then it's possible you were not part of the hack.
