Your account must meet specific qualifications to be verified. These qualifications ensure that we maintain a high level of security and accuracy when it comes to processing redemptions.
These include but are not limited to:
Your account must be at least 30 days old.
You must have a verified email address associated with your account.
There is only one account on your device.
You have to have redeemed at least once successfully.
All referrals associated with your account must be in good standing
No obvious variation of emails is allowed, such as JaneDoe001@gmail.com, JaneDoe002@gmail.com.
No shared devices or phone farms
Referral accounts must be active after the initial creation
After making a new referral your account will need to be re-verified.
By meeting these qualifications, you'll be on your way to having a VIP account.
If you are not verified or lost your verified status it means you haven't met all the criteria. To find out what criteria are missing click on pending verification at the top of the account page, continue to the second screen and it will show you which criteria you have not met.
