Not having a trusted account means one of two things:
The team has yet to review your account
We have reviewed your account and it does not meet the qualifications
To check which qualification you have not met:
Go to your account page.
Click on 'Basic Reklaim Account'
You will see a list of criteria required to qualify. Read through it carefully to understand why you may not qualify
