If you find that you are no longer VIP, follow these steps to check your VIP status:
Visit your account page.
Click on 'My VIP.'
You will see a list of criteria required to qualify for VIP status.
If any criteria are marked as 'false,' it means you need to fulfill those requirements to regain VIP status.
Once you have updated the missing criteria, Reklaim's automated process will review your VIP eligibility and update your status. This review may take 24-48 hours.
If a few days pass and you believe you should have VIP status, please contact Support, and we'll assist you promptly.
Additional Information: Why Has My VIP Status Been Removed?
Your VIP status may have been removed because our program enforces strict requirements to prevent fraudulent accounts or bots from becoming VIP members. Our system reviews VIP statuses on a regular basis, and if any requirements are not met, your VIP status may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
For instance, if you share a network with multiple Reklaim accounts, or if you share your device with another Reklaimer, your VIP status could be affected. If you've lost your VIP status, wait at least 24 hours and if the problem still persists, please contact our support for assistance.
