What is the Reklaim VIP Program?

We understand the importance of rewarding our loyal Reklaimers by offering exclusive benefits and access! Our loyalty program is designed with you in mind and allows you to collect more points, redeem those points faster, and get the help you need fast.

What benefits are included in being a Reklaim VIP member?

  • 💸Redeem for more rewards faster at 500 points instead of the usual 1000 points.

  • 💗Unlimited Referral Bonuses to earn even more with 10% of each referral's earnings sent to you and a one-time referral bonus for unlimited referrals.

  • 👩‍⚕️Priority Support means that VIP members get priority response when they contact our customer service team, which is especially useful when you need help with something right away.

How do I become a VIP member?

Are you ready to become a VIP member of Reklaim? There are certain qualifications you need to meet, and we’re here to help walk you through the process.

To qualify as a VIP member, you must be:

  • A Reklaimer for over a year and been active in the last 30 days

  • Opted-in to sharing Profile and Device Data

  • Sharing in your profile: First Name, Last Name, Ethnicity, Address, City, Zip/Postal Code, Date of Birth, and Gender

  • At least one successful redemption

NOTE: These criteria are subject to change at any time by Reklaim.

How do I know if I'm a VIP member?

Once you've met the abovementioned qualifications, you are eligible to become a Reklaim VIP Member. You'll be marked as VIP with an exclusive badge on your profile picture and in the Account section of Reklaim.

I should be VIP, but I'm not. What's up?

Reklaim has an automated process to review VIP eligibility and this may take a couple of days to flag your account as VIP. If a few days pass and you think you should be VIP - contact Support and we'll get to the bottom of it.
