How do I become a VIP member?
Are you ready to become a VIP member of Reklaim? There are certain qualifications you need to meet, and we’re here to help walk you through the process.
To qualify as a VIP member, you must be:
A Reklaimer for over a year and been active in the last 30 days
Opted-in to sharing Profile and Device Data
Sharing in your profile: First Name, Last Name, Ethnicity, Address, City, Zip/Postal Code, Date of Birth, and Gender
At least one successful redemption
NOTE: These criteria are subject to change at any time by Reklaim.
How do I know if I'm a VIP member?
Once you've met the abovementioned qualifications, you are eligible to become a Reklaim VIP Member. You'll be marked as VIP with an exclusive badge on your profile picture and in the Account section of Reklaim.
I should be VIP, but I'm not. What's up?
Reklaim has an automated process to review VIP eligibility and this may take a couple of days to flag your account as VIP. If a few days pass and you think you should be VIP - contact Support and we'll get to the bottom of it.
